10th annual Shop with a Cop 2026 Event

This event is made possible only by Department fundraisers and community support!

The Shop with a Cop event is our biggest and most joyful event of the year, serving children and families of the Garrard County community chosen from each of the Garrard County Schools. This year we hope to be able to provide a special holiday for at least 25 kids! The children and family will be treated to a pancake breakfast, personalized shopping with a police officer and a $100.00 gift card to Save A Lot for their holiday meal!

The Family Resource Centers at each school submit to us the participants. This ensures that we serve as many children as possible, that will not be served in any other capacity.

We cannot do this without the community, which means you! We are so thankful for those who support the Shop with a Cop Event each year!

Donations are accepted through Dec. 3rd! Next Fundraiser will be held on Nov. 6th 2026 at the Lancaster Grand Theatre! 3 Bands for 1 Price!!
